PCI Labs toll coating with VueGuard® AG coatings dramatically enhance the scratch resistance, wearability, and anti-glare (diffuse) properties of display systems. Diffuse (scattered) reflectance is a measure of the light uniformly scattered by the display screen, as opposed to specular (mirror-like) reflection that usually occurs at a glossy (water-clear) topcoat surface.
These AG topcoats are UV-curable, variable gloss, hard-coating systems providing 100% adhesion on PC, PMMA, ABS, and other substrates. The VueGuard® 901AG anti-glare coatings offer various gloss levels where glare reduction, abrasion and chemical resistance are required, while retaining high resolution for optoelectronic displays, gauges, monitors or displays.
